Referrals Program Terms and Conditions

Program period

The Dapta Referral Program (the “Program”) is available until October 30, 2025. Dapta reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

Definitions

• Promoter: An individual who refers new users to Dapta using a unique referral code.
• Referral: A new Dapta customer who signs up and purchases any paid plan using a Promoter’s unique referral code.
• Unique Referral Code: A personalized code assigned to each Dapta user, which they can use to refer to others.

Promoter Eligibility & Rewards

• Any Dapta user can be a promoter. They will receive a unique referral code to share with prospective customers.
• Promoters earn USD $50.00 for each Referral who successfully signs up for a Dapta account and purchases any paid plan using the Promoter’s unique referral code.
• There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Promoter may invite.
• The referral reward is not cumulative with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers. The Referral must not have used any other promotional code or link.
• Dapta reserves the right to review all referrals for fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity and to disqualify any participant violating these Terms.

Referral Eligibility & Rewards

• Referrals can be new or current Dapta customers who do not have an existing referral reward claim on their account.
• By signing up and paying for any paid plan using a Promoter’s referral code, Referrals receive 100,000 Dapta Credits automatically applied to their account upon successful payment.
• The USD $50.00 reward is issued manually, the Amazon Gift card would be sent the first week of the month following the first payment.
• The referral offer is not cumulative with other promotions, discounts, or offers. Referrals cannot combine this Program with any other Dapta promotion.
• Only one referral reward per customer is allowed.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the Program is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Program and potential suspension of Dapta accounts.

Program Requirements & Restrictions

• Both the Promoter and Referral must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• Referrals must complete the purchase of any paid plan during the Program Period to be eligible. The Promoter’s reward is unlocked once the Referral’s payment is successfully processed.
• Dapta Credits and cash rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value outside the Dapta platform.
• Dapta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without liability.
• Dapta is not responsible for any technical issues preventing the successful use of referral links or crediting of rewards.
• Employees of Dapta and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Program.

General Provisions

• By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Dapta may update these Terms at any time; changes will be effective upon posting.
• Any disputes related to the Program will be governed by the laws of Dapta’s jurisdiction.
